Hollins End Corporate Park is located at the Northern boundary of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor at the intersection of I-695 and Hollins Ferry Road. This 47 acre site represents a major redevelopment project involving of multi-tenant, service warehouse buildings.
The redevelopment project will include the conversion of one large 260,000 SF warehouse building to a multi-tenant, rear loaded warehouse building, the demolition of two buildings and the new construction of up to six single user buildings for sale or lease, ranging in size from 20,000 SF to 60,000 SF. The redevelopment and new construction projects will commence in 2008-2009.
