Preston Partners, Inc. Announces $4 Million Disposition of Former Hearth N' Home Building in Jessup, Maryland

Baltimore -- June 12, 2007 -- Preston Partners, Inc. announced today that Michael A. Elardo, SIOR, Robert S. Clements, SIOR and Brian N. Kruger represented both buyer Potomac Holding Company, LLC and seller 10305 Guilford Road Holdings, LLC in the $4,120,000 sale of 10305 Guilford Road, Jessup, Maryland.
Formerly the home of Hearth N’ Home, a regional fireplace distribution company at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Guilford Road, the property includes an office warehouse building totaling 55,000 square feet on three acres.
The building will be fully renovated and occupied in August as the headquarters of Potomac Holding Company, LLC. The holding company is a conglomeration of specialty building contractor companies including Potomac Abatement, an asbestos abatement and demolition company, ARICA Consulting, manufacturer of specialty designed HVAC systems, Fresh Air Concepts and Abshire Electrical.
