Preston Partners, Inc. Represents Delsey Luggage in Expansion of Its US Operations Facility

Baltimore -- June 11, 2007 -- Preston Partners, Inc. announced today that it represented tenant Delsey Luggage in its lease of 84,000 square feet in 6725 Business Parkway. The building is located in Meadowridge Business Park, Elkridge, Maryland.
The lease represents a 75% expansion of the current 108,000 square feet leased by Delsey Luggage as its U.S. operations headquarters in a neighboring building. The additional space will be used primarily for distribution.
