Baltimore, November 15, 2007 - Preston Partners, Inc. announced today that Michael A. Elardo, SIOR, Robert S. Clements, SIOR and Brian N. Kruger represented the landlord, Kenwood Management, in its lease of 14,718 square feet to American Dynamics Flight Systems at 8264 Preston Court in the Baltimore Washington Industrial Park. The three building, 180,000 square foot property is now 100% leased.
