UPS Supply Chain Solutions Leases 24,328 SF in Troy Hill Commerce Center

Baltimore, November 15, 2007 - Preston Partners, Inc. announced today that Michael A. Elardo, SIOR represented UPS Supply Chain Solutions in its lease of 24,328 square feet at 7150 Troy Hill Drive in Troy Hill Commerce Center. Troy Hill Commerce Center, located in Columbia, Maryland, is a Class A, 1.2 million square foot industrial portfolio owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors. The project is now 100% leased. E. Hayes Merkert, SIOR and Robert S. Clements, SIOR, also of Preston Partners, Inc., represented the landlord.
