Baltimore, February 26, 2008 - Preston Partners, Inc. announced today that Michael V. Spedden, Christopher P. Wright, and Daniel R. Dodd have joined the firm.
Michael V. Spedden, Senior Vice President, joins Preston Partners, Inc. from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC where he was a Vice President responsible for industrial sales and leasing in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Prior to MacKenzie, Spedden spent nearly twenty years in the same capacity with Industrial Realty Company, Inc.
Christopher P. Wright, Vice President joins Preston Partners, Inc. from Ryan Commercial where he spent 4 years as a Vice President, responsible for sales and leasing activities in the I-95 North Industrial Market (Baltimore, Harford and Cecil Counties).
Daniel R. Dodd, Associate also joins the firm from Ryan Commercial, where he focused on sales and leasing in the I-95 North Industrial market.
Spedden, Wright and Dodd will continue their industrial focus and will be based in Preston Partner's Lutherville location.
