This 70 acre project is slated for development in 2008-2010. A joint venture project with Prudential Real Estate Investment, Preston Gateway North is located in the heart of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor within minutes of Interstate 95 and the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
The park is situated directly north of the Preston Gateway Corporate Park; total project development will include seven buildings ranging in size from 37,000 to 153,000 sq. ft. totaling 697,495 square feet.
